How do I create an event?

Tap the "+" button in the top right corner of the main calendar view to bring up the event details view, then enter an event name and configure other options as desired. Then tap the "Save" button in the top right corner to confirm and create the new event.

Events can also be duplicated, to quickly add new entries of the same kind, by long pressing on an existing event and selecting the "Duplicate" option from the context menu.

It is also possible to long press on an empty section of the calendar to access a "New Event" option that will bring up the new event details view with time and day information already configured to that of the selected calendar section.

How do I edit an event?

Tap on the event to bring up the details view, adjust as desired and then tap the "Save" button in the top right corner

How do I delete an event?

Tap on the event to bring up the details view, then tap the three dots "..." button in the top left corner, then select the "Delete" option in the context menu, and then confirm the action.

Alternatively, long press on an event, select the "Delete" option in the context menu and then confirm the action.

How do I enable sync across devices?

Syncing across all your iOS and macOS devices requires a free Student Timetable account.

Once you've signed up via settings ("Create free account"), simply make sure you're signed into the same account on all devices.

Can notes be formatted?

Notes support basic Markdown formatting, for example:

  • Regular text → Regular text
  • *Italic text* → Italic text
  • **Bold text** → Bold text
  • ~~Strikethrough text~~ → Strikethrough text

How do I access note links?

URLs in event notes are automatically detected, to open simply long press on an event and select the link you wish to open from the displayed list.
